This high neck Victorian Style waistcoat is made in a black 100% Cotton moleskin fabric, has 4 pockets and is supplied with two additional buttonholes (between buttons 4 & 5 and on the top right pocket), to accomodate the wearer's monocle (if required) and fob chain.
