Beach Wedding Waistcoats

A vibrant multicoloured batik design makes this waistcoat stand out from the crowd.

The beautiful cotton front of this waistcoat has been hand dyed by fabric artists in the garden village of Sanur, Bali. The Batik technique is thousands of years old and the art form has been passed down through the generations, culminating in this stunning piece of cloth. From time to time there are slight variations and small imperfections which add to the character of this hand dyed fabric. Positioning of the various colours in this cloth will be different between waistcoats, making each one unique.

This waistcoat can be complimented by a wide range of neckwear colours. The main photograph shows a Gold silk (J42) scrunchie tie. Click on 'more images' to see the waistcoat paired with Kingfisher (DW) satin and Amathyst (Purple CG) satin. The buttons on the waistcoat can be covered to match your choice of neckwear colour - you can request this in the 'special instructions' box at checkout.
